Worth For Gratitude

My class before the 123rd Foundation Day of ISNHS.

Grade 10 Boys, Mexico. (I'm at the front)

Grade 10 Girls, Lady Gaga. (Gender Pride Equality)

The school's preparation for it's 123rd foundation day was very effective. We were gathered around the field to practice our dance because it is literally our quarterly thematic or project for the subject Physical Education. I admit, the dance itself was hard because from the fact that I wasn't paying that much attention so does the retention of steps. There's one time where I awkwardly did the wrong move and it seemed to catch their eyes, of course they corrected me, in the harsh way like a military training, unfortunately. There, I realized that how the society rule and dictates their beliefs among genders. We boys were treated like men, almost like we don't have sometimes a feminine gestures or wasn't given the privilege to express ourselves, more like prohibition.

Nonetheless, I didn't put much care on it because it is truly repetitive, a stigma that should be eradicated from the lives of the people. Back to the topic, the commemoration of the school's foundation day doesn't just purely celebrates the birthday but it gives life again to the ambition of fruitfulness for the children to be nourished, educated, developed, and serve the humankind and for his and her chosen one, the nation, and to put a peaceful allegiance to foreign countries and recognize them as a kin. Thereby, my joining of the highschool day wasn't just for grades, but for the appreciative thankfulness for the mind behind it all.
